Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms cover your use of letsgrow.cloud and our free Business Growth Scorecard. By using the site or requesting a score, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
Let's Grow offers a free Business Growth Scorecard. It reviews how your business shows up online in six areas: Website & Conversion, Search (SEO), Local Presence & Reviews, Paid Ads, Social, and Tracking & Measurement. You get an overall score out of 100 and suggestions on where to improve. The scorecard is free, and requesting one doesn't commit you to buying anything.
2. The scorecard is a guide, not a guarantee
We base your score on information that's publicly available, plus anything you give us, at the time we check. Websites, search results and ad platforms change often, so your score is a snapshot. We provide the scorecard "as is". We don't promise it's complete or error-free, or that following it will bring you more customers, sales or rankings.
3. Your decisions are yours
The scorecard is general information, not professional advice. You're responsible for any decisions you make based on it. Let's Grow isn't responsible for business results, good or bad, that come from using the scorecard or acting on its suggestions.
4. Using the site
Please use the site fairly. Don't:
- send false information, spam or automated requests through the form;
- request a score for a business you don't own or represent, unless you have permission;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- copy or resell our content or scorecard without our written permission.
We may block requests that break these rules.
5. Your form submissions
When you use the Get Your Free Score form, we handle what you send under our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Let's Grow isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the scorecard. Because the scorecard is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland deal with any disputes.
