Let's Grow ("we", "us") helps local businesses see how their digital marketing is performing. This policy explains what happens to the details you give us on letsgrow.cloud.

What we collect

When you request a free scorecard, you can give us your business website address and your email address. Both are optional. We also record the date and time of your request and your IP address, which helps us stop spam. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies, to count page visits and form submissions without identifying you.

Why we collect it

We use your website address to prepare your Business Growth Scorecard from publicly available information, and your email address to send it to you and follow up about it.

How we store and use it

Your request is saved on our own secure server and sent to our business inbox, hello@letsgrow.cloud. Our server and email are hosted by Hostinger, which stores this data for us but doesn't use it for its own purposes. We only use your details for the reasons above.

We don't sell or share your information

We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't share them with other businesses for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

To see, correct or delete your details, or to ask any questions, email hello@letsgrow.cloud. We'll reply within 5 business days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
