Terms of Service
Welcome to letsgrow.cloud's Shopify Growth Intelligence audit tool (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is operated by letsgrow.cloud ("we", "us", "our"), based in Australia. For any questions or notices, contact hello@letsgrow.cloud.
1. What the Service does
The Service runs an automated audit of a Shopify storefront URL you provide. It returns conversion findings, a prioritized action plan, and downloadable reports (PDF and Word formats). The audit uses a combination of programmatic checks and AI (large language models).
The Service is currently provided free of charge to evaluate stores during our pre-launch testing period. We may change pricing, limits, or availability at any time.
2. Who can use the Service
You may use the Service if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Use a valid business or professional email address (we may decline disposable or throwaway addresses)
- Are auditing a Shopify store you own, manage, or have legitimate reason to evaluate (such as your own client work or research)
You agree NOT to:
- Submit URLs you don't have permission or legitimate reason to audit
- Submit URLs pointing to internal IP addresses, private networks, or non-public infrastructure
- Use the Service to harass, surveil, or gather competitive intelligence in violation of any law
- Attempt to bypass our access controls, rate limits, or per-email audit allowance
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Australian or applicable law
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
3. Audit accuracy and limitations
The Service uses AI and heuristic checks to produce findings. The audit is provided for informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Findings may contain errors, omissions, or AI-generated inaccuracies. Large language models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect statements. We do not warrant that findings are accurate, complete, or current.
- Findings are not professional advice. The audit is not a substitute for human expertise from a qualified CRO consultant, developer, lawyer, accountant, or other professional.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating whether to act on any finding. Implementing audit recommendations may affect your store's performance, revenue, customer experience, or technical stability.
- We don't guarantee any specific business outcome from following audit recommendations. Conversion rates, revenue, traffic, and other business metrics depend on factors beyond our control.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- We are not liable for any action you take (or fail to take) based on the audit findings.
- We are not liable for any third-party services referenced in the audit (such as Shopify apps we suggest).
- Our maximum aggregate liability, regardless of cause, is limited to AUD $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (currently zero, as the Service is free), whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by Australian law, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Australian Consumer Law applies to you and grants you guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for breach of those guarantees is limited (where permitted by law) to:
- Re-supplying the Service, or
- Refunding the cost of the Service (currently zero, as the Service is free)
5. Your responsibilities
By using the Service, you confirm that:
- The URL you submit is a Shopify storefront you have permission to audit
- Any email address you submit is your own business or professional email
- You will not rely on the audit as your sole source of business decision-making
- You will independently verify any finding before taking material action on it
- You accept full responsibility for any action you take based on the audit
6. Data we collect and how we use it
Please see our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, processing, and retention.
In summary: we collect your work email, the URL you submit, audit metadata (cost, duration, finding count), and any feedback you submit. We also use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool we self-host, to understand aggregate usage. We use this data to operate the Service, follow up with testers, monitor capacity, and improve future versions. We delete personal data after 12 months. We do not sell your data.
7. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party services to function. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data you submit (URL, email, audit content) will be transmitted to and processed by:
| Service | Location | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | United States | Generate audit findings and action plan text |
| Resend | United States | Deliver audit reports via email |
| Google PageSpeed Insights | United States | Fetch performance metrics (when applicable) |
| Hostinger | Lithuania / EU | Host the Service infrastructure |
| Cloudflare (R2) | United States / global | Store encrypted off-site backups of our database |
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We've selected providers we consider reputable, but we are not responsible for their conduct or data handling beyond our control.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, audit logic, and report templates, is our intellectual property. You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the Service or any part of it
- Use the Service's output to train competing AI models
- Repackage or resell the Service itself, or offer audit generation as your own product
You retain ownership of the URL data you submit and any feedback you provide.
The audit reports we generate for you (PDF and Word files) are yours to use freely for your business and client work โ including sharing them with clients, presenting them under your own agency's branding, and incorporating them into your own deliverables. We simply ask that you don't redistribute the reports publicly as a standalone free product or resell the report-generation service itself as if it were your own tool.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a Terms change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If we make material changes, we'll try to notify users via the email address on file, but notice is not guaranteed.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@letsgrow.cloud.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
If you reside outside Australia, you agree that disputes will be resolved under Australian law and in Australian courts, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
